Gregory J. Chrispin, CFA

Gregory Chrispin is Chief Operating Officer of Desjardins Asset Management. As part of his primary activities, Mr. Chrispin is responsible for the real estate portfolio, the public market portfolio, the external manager selection and the financial strategy and asset allocation for client portfolios.
He joined Desjardins in February 2010 and prior to his appointment, he was President and Managing Director of State Street global Advisors Ltd. in Canada (SSgA).
Gregory holds a B. Sc. in Mathematics (Actuarial Science) from the University of Montreal; he is also an associate of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. Gregory earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1995 and is a member of the CFA Institute. He serves on a number of Montreal based charitable organizations. Gregory has been working in the financial services industry since 1986.
