Michel Bédard manages a Canada-wide real estate portfolio of close to $1.4 billion. He has played a decisive role in numerous real estate transactions and projects, including E-Commerce Place and the 1000 de la Gauchetière complex in Montréal.

He held various positions at different real estate companies prior to joining Desjardins Group in 1995 as Regional Vice-President, Real Estate Investments. He was appointed Vice-President, Real Estate Investments at Desjardins Asset Management in 2001.

A chartered accountant since 1984, Mr. Bédard earned a bachelor of commerce at HEC Montréal in 1982.

Christian Pouliot is manager of the portfolio for Eastern Canada. In this capacity, he manages a team of professionals dedicated to asset management and property transactions.

Mr. Pouliot occupied the position of Manager, Administration and Finance, at a specialized property management and development firm before joining Desjardins Group in 1997 as a real estate asset manager. He was appointed Regional Vice-President, Real Estate Investments, Eastern Canada, at Desjardins Asset Management in 2002.

Christian Pouliot obtained a bachelor of commerce in 1982.

Derek Fish and his focused team of specialists provide strategic investment guidance for a diversified portfolio of properties in Central Canada.

Before joining Desjardins Group in 1994 as a property manager specializing in remedial properties, Mr. Fish held various positions in a number of large and small property management firms. At Desjardins Asset Management, he has held a number of positions with the company, including Property Manager, Leasing Manager and Asset Manager. He was appointed Regional Vice-President, Real Estate Investments for Central Canada in January 2009.

Mr. Fish graduated from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute in Electronic Technology.
