Christian Duceppe oversees the management of fixed-income securities mandates and corporate credit management.

Mr. Duceppe joined Desjardins Group in 1994 as a portfolio manager at the Fédération des caisses Desjardins de Montréal et de l'Ouest-du-Québec. He then joined Desjardins Asset Management in 2000 where he successively held the positions of bond portfolio manager and manager of securities portfolio management before being appointed Vice-President, Securities Investments in 2011.

A chartered financial analyst (1996), Christian Duceppe holds a Master of Science in Finance from Université de Sherbrooke (1993) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université Laval.

Marie-Claude DesRoches oversees the analysis of and strategies for fixed-income securities on the Canadian and U.S. corporate credit market. She also supervises two corporate credit analysts and monitors the quality of credit held in the portfolios.

Ms. DesRoches began her career with the Ministère des Finances du Québec where she successively held the positions of analyst (1992–1995), domestic and international markets financing advisor, derivative products coordinator (1995–2002) and long-term financing manager (2002–2005). She joined Desjardins Asset Management in 2005 as Manager of Credit Analysis and Consulting Services.

A chartered financial analyst (1997), Marie-Claude DesRoches holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université de Sherbrooke (1992).
